With this Code of Ethics, The Mexican Chamber of Commerce in China formulates the norms and principles of ethical conduct it intends to promote to its members, employees, and/or persons who may collaborate with the Chamber. This Code of Ethics shall serve as a guide in maintaining a conduct which adheres to the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and professional ethics.
All duties shall be performed using the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and professional ethics.
All actions and communications that are carried out shall be consistent with each other and conducted with the upmost equity and justice.
All persons must be upstanding, use integrity, and act with respect towards one another.
All partners and colleagues must be considerate and cordial to the members and one another manifesting a spirit of service and teamwork and supporting each other in a way which facilitates and advances the goals of the members.
All communication must be timely, transparent, and accurate at all levels throughout the organization.
All work shall be consistently reviewed and feedback constantly given in order to foster continuous improvement.
All partners and colleagues must reinforce teamwork by adopting an attitude of cooperation and respect towards each with the knowledge that constant effort brings about results of quality and excellence.
All persons are obligated to avoid taking actions that may result in a violation of this Code or a conflict of interest with the Chamber and refrain from using their title or position for personal gain or to benefit or harm others in any way.
All members who participate or collaborate within the Chamber’s structure must pledge to conduct their business activities in an ethical manner.
This Code of Ethics is a pledge of loyalty to the Chamber as well as to all our members, clients, colleagues and partners.
