MEXCHAM joined 2019 annual conference regarding Belt and Road

Last November 14th was held the 2019 Annual Conference for Dialogues and Cooperation of the Belt and Road Chambers of Commerce and Associations where participants from Belgium, New Zeland, Spain, Greece and Mexico gather to discuss current market conditions, challenges and opportunities.

The conference took place in Chengdu, located in central west China, where already exists 18 countries consulates and 296 companies settled down from the Fortune 500. Chengdu has already one airport and is building the second one that will be finished by 2021.

In representation of the Mexican Chamber of Commerce in China, Pablo Aguayo, General Secretary at MEXCHAM took part in a discussion panel about Consumption opportunities in international cooperation together with the Chairman of the China-Spain Tourism Association, the Vice President of the China-Morocco Chamber of Commerce and the General Manager or 1919 Brand Manager Company.

During the event also was presented the publication of the Belt and Road Initiative research report on local contribution of top 100 Chinese enterprises which includes companies such as Bank of China, Alibaba Group, Tencent, Greenland Group and Construction Bank, to mention a few.

MEXCHAM continues building bridges between Mexico and China.
