In addition, three English-speaking business names must be  submitted. At this stage, the shareholder/ Director sets the amount of capital (generally HKD 10,000) and compensation from its shareholders. After this step AsianBiz takes over the entire operation and assumes the responsibility for recovering all the necessary documents: certificate of incorporation, company registration, office book, certificate of ownership, etc. The cost of this service includes transportation and mail, Hong Kong address registration, secretarial services and other administrative costs during the first year.
