INTRODUCTION.


What is the current judicial situation in the Maritime & Admiralty jurisdiction in China? How do you keep away from legal risk and deal with legal disputes related to marine logistics and maritime affairs? In this seminar you can find answers from a senior lawyer and a senior judge who have been working on the frontier of marine and logistics legal practice.

Mr. Xuewei Ni


A Senior judge from the Guangzhou Maritime Court and a Member of the Judicial Committee


• Fifteen years teaching experience in a famous law school.


• Has tried more than 800 cases, none of which has been reversed by a higher level court.


• His focus is on research of maritime law and maritime special procedure rules.


Mr. Zhengyang Wang


A Senior partner of JunZeJun Law Offices and an executive partner of JunZeJun Shanghai


• Five years working experience on the court bench and fifteen years experience as a professional   lawyer


• Counsel for more than thirty foreign companies


• Has accumulated abundant experience in litigation and arbitration, especially in important and complex cases


The speakers will introduce the current judicial situation and trial practices related to Maritime & Admiralty cases in China, and also share with you the experience they gained in their years of working in managing legal risk and disputes in the Maritime and Logistics business.
