With an investment of 27 million dollars and the generation of 700 jobs, the Taiwan, China company Sinbon Electronics Co., Ltd. inaugurated its new plant in the Logistik industrial park, located in Villa de Reyes, where it will manufacture wire harnesses and interconnection systems for the automotive and green energy sectors in the state.
The Ministry of Economic Development (Sedeco) stressed that this facility is the result of the state policy focused on the promotion and facilitation of conditions for national and foreign companies to choose San Luis Potosí as a destination to create, expand and consolidate their operations.
During the inaugural event, company executives expressed their enthusiasm to establish operations in the region. Joseph Wang, CEO of Sinbon Electronics and Mite Liarng, president of the company led a tour of the new facilities, accompanied by Salvador González Martínez, Secretary of Economic Development of the State, Gerardo Alfonso Rodríguez, Director of Economic Development of the City of Villa de Reyes, Jesús Aguirre, president of Index San Luis Potosí, representatives and business leaders.
With its arrival in San Luis Potosí, Sinbon Electronics joins the growing industrial ecosystem of the region, strengthening its position as a strategic destination for high-tech companies and contributing to the economic and social development of the state.
