MEXCHAM attends Wuxi International Month & Cherry Blossom Festival 2026

From March 24 to 26, 2026, the Wuxi International Month and International Cherry Blossom Festival 2026 was successfully held, aiming to strengthen international cooperation, promote foreign investment, and showcase Wuxi’s economic, industrial, and cultural potential.

During the event, a series of networking activities, business dialogues, investment and industrial cooperation conferences, as well as cultural and technology visits were organized, together with activities related to the Cherry Blossom Festival.

As one of China’s leading industrial cities, Wuxi highlighted its strong economic and industrial profile during the event. In 2025, the city’s GDP reached RMB 1.68 trillion, with a population of over 7.5 million. Wuxi also showcased its solid advanced manufacturing foundation and its extensive international connections with cities and companies around the world.

The Mexican Chamber of Commerce in China (MEXCHAM), represented by Julio Vallarta, Local President of MEXCHAM in Nanjing, was invited to participate in the event alongside government, business, and trade representatives from various countries.
