The Mexican Chamber of Commerce in China (MEXCHAM) participated in the 8th International Supply Chain and Port Logistics Expo to be held in Chengdu in 2026. This conference, with seven years of accumulated experience, also directly leverages UFI international certification. It has become one of the most important exhibitions in the Asia-Europe multimodal transport sector, attracting numerous international companies and hundreds of thousands of professional visitors for on-site networking due to its professionalism and practicality.
At the exhibition, MEXCHAM set up a “Mexico Booth,” showcasing Mexico’s locational advantages as a major logistics hub in Latin America and its investment environment. It also provided a crucial window for Chinese companies to understand the Mexican market and expand business cooperation. The booth’s modern design and rich content attracted a large number of professional visitors who stopped to exchange ideas.
MEXCHAM actively participated in the exhibition, joining hands with numerous Chinese and Mexican logistics and supply chain companies to showcase the achievements and development potential of Sino-Mexican cooperation in logistics, transportation, and supply chain collaboration. Exhibitors included industry representatives from Sinotrans, Asia IBS, XPD Global, and SPL Global.
Furthermore, this exhibition is committed to promoting international logistics cooperation under the “Belt and Road” framework, fostering deeper integration of the global supply chain network by strengthening communication and collaboration among countries along the route. The event not only provides more opportunities for Chinese enterprises to “go global,” but also builds an efficient platform for international partners, including those from Mexico, to connect.
During the exhibition, the 10th Asia-Europe Multimodal Transport Development Conference was also held concurrently. The conference focused on in-depth discussions on topics such as cross-border logistics, supply chain innovation, and regional collaborative development, bringing together industry experts and business representatives to share cutting-edge trends and practical experiences.
The successful opening of the 8th International Supply Chain and Port Logistics Expo is not only a vivid example of the deep integration of port economy and logistics industry, but also an important opportunity to gather global resources and promote cross-border connectivity. Thirty ecosystem partners joined hands to empower each other, and the themed activities gathered industry wisdom, connecting port resources along the middle corridor with domestic ports. This initiative aims to upgrade the port economy from its channel advantages to institutional and technological advantages, injecting lasting momentum into my country’s high-level opening-up and writing a new chapter of win-win cooperation for the stability and smooth flow of the global supply chain.
