Recap of Online Seminar on Legal advises for Doing Business in China
Last September 9th,2020,The Mexican Chamber of Commerce of China (MEXCHAM) successfully organized a free online seminar in Spanish on Legal advises for Doing Business in China. The speaker was Ms. Zorada Liang, Partner from the Law firm Woo & Zhonglun W.D. LLP.
The seminar included topics such as how to reduce risk when doing procurement in China, Due Diligence and verification of Chinese companies, risk and strategies for setting a company in China, and legal advices for starting doing business in China, among others.
