Bun Lan Industrial Limited, a high-precision plastic component manufacturer headquartered in Hong Kong, has invested $80 million to establish a plastic injection molding factory in Delicias, Chihuahua, further strengthening the region’s position in advanced manufacturing and the automotive supply chain. On December 11,2025， Delicias Mayor Jesús Valenciano García and Bun Lan Global CEO Eric Ng co-hosted the grand opening ceremony of the new plant, which was witnessed by company executives and local government officials. The plant will focus on producing precision plastic components for the automotive and security industries, including products such as sensors, control panels, and alarm devices.
Bun Lan Group stated that the new plant will follow Industry 4.0 standards, integrating advanced automation and digital manufacturing processes to support high-value-added production. Mayor Valenciano emphasized that the facility had been idle for many years prior to Bun Lan’s investment. In its first phase, the factory is expected to create 150 specialized technical jobs, helping Delicias become a competitive manufacturing hub in northern Mexico.
The mayor also added that Bun Lan’s investment could generate a multiplier effect, attracting suppliers and more investments to the region. These investments will be drawn by the area’s skilled workforce, secure environment, and institutional support. Some of these projects may be located in a new industrial park, which is expected to be announced in the coming months.
Bun Lan’s CEO stated that the company aims to hire 95% of its workforce locally and expects its sales to grow by 50% over the next five years. Bun Lan plans to begin recruitment in January 2026, with full operations expected to commence later that year.

By establishing a new factory in Mexico, Bun Lan is strengthening its international market expansion strategy and further integrating into Mexico’s growing automotive supply chain.
