CCC wins Hisense Mexico phase II project

Recently, CCC Third Harbor Engineering secured the contract for the Hisense North America Mexico Industrial Park Refrigerator Plant Renovation, Expansion, and New Warehouse (Phase II) Project. This project is being undertaken by CCC’s Mexican subsidiary and executed by the company. Following the successful delivery of the Phase I project, this achievement marks another significant milestone in the collaboration between the two parties in the overseas market. It signifies that the partnership between CCC and Hisense in jointly building a North American manufacturing base has reached a new level.The project is located in the Huafushan Industrial Park in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, and is invested in and developed by Hisense Monterrey Property Management Co., Ltd. The construction work includes the renovation and expansion of the original refrigerator plant, the construction of a new warehouse and a southern gatehouse structure, along with supporting infrastructure such as outdoor roads and pipeline networks within the park. The total construction area is approximately 27,800 square meters. This comprises 16,500 square meters for plant renovation and expansion (including 8,982 square meters of steel platforms and 299.6 square meters of conveyor bridges), 11,300 square meters for the new warehouse, and 27 square meters for the southern gatehouse. The supporting outdoor works include 9,860 square meters of asphalt concrete roads, 9,053 square meters of concrete pavement, and 298 square meters of sidewalks.

As a crucial production base for Hisense in North America, upon completion, this project will significantly expand the company’s manufacturing capacity, stimulate the development of local upstream and downstream industrial chains, create more employment opportunities, and inject new vitality into the regional economy.
