“Since our inception, the key symbol has represented more than just access to credit: it has been a symbol of trust, inclusion, social mobility, and the possibility of building wealth,” explained Liliana Íñigo, corporate director of marketing at Grupo Coppel. The new logo, a modernized key, represents the evolution of a company founded more than 80 years ago in Culiacán, Sinaloa, but with a national presence and international reach.

• Physical expansion (50%), with new stores, distribution centers, and specialized formats.
• Digital transformation (40%), focused on e-commerce, financial services, and customer experience.
• Mobility and sustainability (10%), with specific goals in clean energy and operational efficiency.
During 2025, Coppel will open 100 new stores and introduce new product categories, such as motorcycles, sports, eyewear, fashion, and home improvement. In addition, it will modernize its e-commerce platform to achieve 20% of its sales digitally, double the current percentage. More than 4,500 digital kiosks within physical stores will also be renovated.
