Individual Membership shall mean membership of any Mexican or any other citizen from different nationality of good standing in China who is not employed by an entity eligible for Corporate Membership and who is engaged in business activities in China which are consistent with the objectives of the Chamber, provided that such individual is at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Corporate Membership shall mean membership of any corporation, partnership or other legal entity organized and existing under the laws of Mexico or China (hereinafter referred to as a “Entity"), or any other legal entity or partnership which has established a legal person or registered a resident representative office in China and has its own representative(s) in China and is undertaking activities which are consistent with the objectives of the Chamber.
