On the morning of June 25, 2025, the 26th Qinghai-Mexico Economic and Trade Cooperation Exchange Conference was successfully held in Xining, Qinghai. The conference aimed to strengthen exchanges and cooperation between Qinghai and Mexico in key areas such as logistics, finance, food and baverages, exploring potential collaboration opportunities. Through experience sharing and discussions on cooperation models, the event sought to promote mutual benefit and win-win outcomes. The Mexican Chamber of Commerce in China (MEXCHAM) attended with a delegation.
The conference was chaired by Yang Haoran, Deputy Secretary-General of the Qinghai Provincial Government. Opening remarks were delivered by key leaders, including: Santiago Toledo, Commercial Counsellor of the Mexican Embassy in China (Head of Trade and Investment), Wang Haihong, Vice Governor of Qinghai Provincial People’s Government.

Following the opening session, businesses from Mexico and Qinghai delivered presentations on economic and trade topics.
Victor Cadena, Executive Vice President of MEXCHAM , shared the insights on China-Mexico bilateral trade, providing an overview of trade opportunities between the two nations.

The conference concluded with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the MEXCHAM in China and the Qinghai Investment Promotion Bureau, followed by a group photo session.
In the afternoon, the seminar at the Mexico Pavilion officially kicked off. During the seminar, exhibitors enthusiastically introduced and promoted their products and services, and expressed their beautiful vision of long-term friendly exchanges and cooperation between China and Mexico.
