Chinese Enterprises Accelerate Global Expansion as Ruima Precision’s Mexico Production Base established.
On September 2, 2025, Ruima Precision (Stock Code: 002976) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Cheersson Queretaro Precision Metal Forming S. DE R.L. DE C.V. (Ruima Mexico), has officially completed the acquisition of industrial land in the Apaseo El Grande Industrial Park in Guanajuato, Mexico.
The acquired land covers an area of 52,297.33 square meters, with a transaction value of $3.4064 million (including $320,900 in taxes), and grants permanent ownership of the land.
The land acquisition process began with the signing of the Letter of Intent for Land Purchase on January 17, 2025, followed by the formal Land Purchase Agreement on May 20, 2025. The land ownership transfer has now been completed, with full payment made, and the land title registration certificate has been obtained from the local Mexican government.
This land will serve as Ruima Precision’s production and operational base in North America, supporting the company’s business expansion strategy in the region.
China has been Mexico’s second-largest global trading partner for many consecutive years, while Mexico is China’s second-largest trading partner in Latin America. Such investments will further promote economic and trade cooperation between China and Mexico, achieving mutual benefits and creating more opportunities for deeper collaboration between enterprises of the two countries in technology, industry, and other fields.
