Sinoboom Mexico plant opens

On November 18, 2025 (local time in Mexico), Sinoboom held the opening ceremony of its new manufacturing base themed “Ready for Americas” in Silao, Guanajuato, marking a key step in its global strategy.

Representatives from both China and Mexico witnessed this moment together: local government representatives from Guanajuato State and Silao City, Mexico, as well as customers and partners from the Americas and Mexico attended in person; representatives from China’s Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce and governments at all levels in Changsha and Ningxiang participated via video link. Liu Guoliang, Chairman of Sinoboom , Xu Hongxia, General Manager, and other senior management, along with nearly 300 guests, attended the celebration.

Located in Silao, an industrial hub with superior geographical location, the base covers a total area of about 186,667 square meters (280 mu) with a building area of 81,400 square meters, constructed in two phases. After full commissioning, it will mainly produce scissor aerial work platforms, articulated boom lifts, and telehandlers, efficiently meeting the needs of the North American market and providing one-stop products and solutions.

All parties spoke highly of the base’s opening: Liu Guoliang, Chairman of Sinoboom, emphasized that it is a key layout of the group’s global strategy; the Mayor of Silao and the Secretary of Economic Development of Guanajuato State affirmed the base’s positive role in local economic development and job creation; Chinese government representatives encouraged Sinoboom to become a new model of China-Mexico economic and trade cooperation; American customer representatives expressed expectations for deepening cooperation and jointly exploring the market.

During the celebration, activities such as the ribbon-cutting ceremony, strategic cooperation signing, and equipment delivery ceremony were held. Guests visited the modern intelligent production line and participated in product experiences. In the evening, Sinoboom hosted a “Sinoboom Night” appreciation dinner to celebrate the opening with guests.

The launch of this Mexican factory has become a new fulcrum for Sinoboom to empower American partners and expand the global market, and also injected new vitality into China-Mexico economic and trade cooperation, which will help both parties create a better future for the industry.
