👤 About Dr. Arturo Oropeza García
Dr. Arturo Oropeza García is a distinguished legal scholar and international economic law specialist with a pioneering career in global integration and technological development. Holding a Doctorate in Law from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), he serves as a senior researcher at UNAM’s Institute for Legal Research.
Throughout his career, he has established key platforms for understanding geopolitical and economic trends, serving as a founding member of:
The China-Mexico Studies Center (CECHIMEX)
The National Council of University Students for a New Development Strategy (CNU)
UNAM’s Program of Studies on Asia and Africa
He also contributes to international dialogue as a member of the Editorial Committee for China Global Review. Globally recognized for his extensive research on China, East Asia, and Southeast Asia, Dr. Oropeza has served as a guest professor and speaker at prominent international institutions, including the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in Beijing. He has authored and coordinated over 50 specialized books focused on comprehensive industrial policy, digital transformation, and the economic impact of Asia.
