The platform is structured around five strategic pillars: professionalization of the profession, institutional collaboration, transparency and regulatory compliance, technological innovation, and logistics operations with a sustainable approach. Each pillar aims to create an integrated framework that optimizes customs management, reduces risks, and enhances confidence in international trade processes.
The launch took place at the Ministry of Economy Executive Tower, with the presence of Marcelo Ebrard, Minister of Economy, representatives from the National Customs Agency of Mexico (ANAM), business organizations, academic institutions, and representatives from the logistics sector.
During the event, Ricardo Zaragoza, President, CAAAREM, recognized the government’s openness to coordinate with the private sector. He highlighted that IMPULSAA MEXICO establishes a new path for national foreign trade, promoting cooperation between customs agents, companies, academic institutions, and government organizations. The platform is designed to become a national standard, enhancing technical and operational rigor, and reinforcing traceability, legal compliance, and efficiency in trade flows.
By professionalizing and modernizing customs services, Mexico aims to consolidate its role as a reliable participant in global supply chains. The initiative seeks to increase efficiency in goods management and ensure that logistics operations meet sustainable criteria. IMPULSAA MEXICO also encourages the adoption of digital technologies to optimize monitoring and operational analysis, supporting data-driven decision-making and reducing potential vulnerabilities in customs processes.
The platform represents a coordinated effort between public and private sectors to institutionalize standardized practices that improve the competitiveness of national foreign trade. As representatives noted during the launch, it ensures that customs services meet technical, regulatory, and operational requirements needed to operate in international markets with high standards of efficiency and compliance.
