Changan strengthens local after-sales supply chain with Estafeta

In September 2026, Changan Automobile has partnered with Mexican logistics provider Estafeta to upgrade its spare-parts warehousing, nationwide distribution and order traceability system in Mexico, strengthening the brand’s local after-sales infrastructure.

The two sides have invested around USD 500,000 in optimizing local storage and distribution capabilities. Changan’s parts warehouse in Mexico currently covers about 8,500 ㎡, holds more than 470,000 parts, and has lifted its order fill rate to 94%. Supported by Estafeta’s national network, next-day delivery is now available in Mexico City, while delivery efficiency and after-sales responsiveness across the country are expected to improve further.

For Changan, the move reflects a shift from product export to service localization in Mexico. By improving parts availability and shortening delivery times, the company is building a stronger foundation for long-term growth in the Mexican market.
