The Mexican Chamber of Commerce in China (MEXCHAM) congratulates Dr. Esteban Zottele, Honorary Adviser of MEXCHAM, Representative of the University of Veracruz in China and professor at the University of Changzhou for been awarded as Honorary Citizen of the City of Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, China.
This acknowledge was made during the opening of the International Forum on Science and Technology & Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of the City of Changzhou, being the highest distinction awarded by the municipality of Changzhou to foreigners living in this city of more than five million of inhabitants.
