Two decades of technology accumulation, dual-track manufacturing layout
Founded in Tianjin in 2004, Jinrong Tianyu focuses on precision molds, stamping and welding technologies, with two business segments: electrical equipment and automotive safety components. It adopted lean production in 2012 to cater to diversified overseas orders. The company has long served Schneider, ABB and Siemens. It became Schneider’s core global supplier in 2016 and won its Best Global Production Supplier award in 2019, enabling deep involvement in customers’ new product development.Mexico base runs dual businesses to tap North American market
Established in January 2023, Jinrong Tianyu’s Mexican subsidiary operates a factory close to the U.S. market with stamping, sheet metal, welding and assembly capabilities. Fueled by rising power demand from North American AI data centers, the plant delivers components for 400A–1200A moulded case and miniature circuit breakers for leading North American electrical enterprises. It also supplies shock absorption and safety parts for local automakers and tier-one suppliers. Automotive export revenue rose 48.67% year-on-year in 2025.Localized operation launches overseas 2.0 phase
The Mexico plant entered full mass production in 2026, forming a closed loop of local procurement, delivery and customer coordination. The supply chain performance guarantee completed in June marked the official regular operation of the base. Supported by the group’s digital system for full-process management, the firm upgraded from simple export to the model of “domestic R&D + local overseas manufacturing + nearby delivery”, realizing capacity export.Click here read the original content
