In October 2024, a delegation from the People’s Government of Fengdu County, Chongqing, China, visited Mexico City and held a meeting with Efrén Calvo, President of the Mexican Chamber of Commerce in China (MEXCHAM). The meeting was also attended by Mr. Bai Yi and Ms. Ninfa Montaño, the founders of the Panda Library.
