Last September 16, 2023, MEXCHAM supported by the Mexican Embassy in China and Changan Automotive Group held by first time ever a celebration for Mexico’s Independence in Chongqing Municipality.
Jesus Seade, Ambassador of Mexico to China, attended the celebration.
MEXCHAM recognized the leadership of Julio Cruz and Jaziel Romero, President and Vice President of MEXCHAM in Chongqing Chapter.
Leaders from local government, Chambers of Commerce, Consulates and business representatives participated in the ceremony to celebrate this important festival together. Participants enjoyed performances from traditional Mexican bands and classic Mexican food to share the joy.
