RECAP: China -Mexico Business Conference |

On November 11, 2024, the “2024 China (Shandong) – Mexico Business Seminar” was held in Mexico City. This Conference was hosted by the Shandong Provincial Department of Commerce, and the Mexican Chamber of Commerce in China (MEXCHAM) participated as a co-organizer.

The meeting was moderated on-site by Ms. Rui Wei, Vice General Manager of Brightway International Exihibition Corp.,Ltd and Mr. Efren Calvo, Executive Chairman of the Mexican Chamber of Commerce in China (MEXCHAM).

A business delegation from Shandong Province of more than 20 people along with more than 80 representatives of Mexican companies participated in the event.

The conference was held in three stages. The first stage addressed the guests.

Mr. Gerardo Mata, CEO of Azinsa Group, delivered a speech.

Mr. Rigoberto Otal, President of GE 300 Group, delivered a speech.

The second stage about promotion speeches.

Gerardo Tajonar, Executive President of ANIERM, made an introduction about the National Importers and Exporters Association of Mexico.

Mr. Huaidi Wang, General Manager of Shandong Huadian Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. made an introduction of his company and products.

Mr. Yingjie Qu, General Manager of Yantai Jiexin Machinery Co., Ltd., made an introduction of his company and products.

Mr. Jianpeng Wang, Chairman of Longkou Hengga Intelligent Equipment Co., Lyd. made an introduction of his company and products.

At the third part of this conference, Shandong and Mexican companies carried out one-on-one matchmaking negotiations.

Mexico and Shandong Province have historical ties of trade and friendship. MEXCHAM look forward continue building bridges fostering trade and investments between Mexico and China.
